At Rapunzel LLC we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from any of our Rapunzel LLC or Rapunzel Skincare websites, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are already working with one of our partner sites to process your return we will let them handle it, and not interfere in that process. We may inquire about your item’s return status before starting a/another return process through Rapunzel LLC.
If you contact us first at Rapunzel LLC we will assist you.
Rapunzel LLC’s guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by improper use or opened merchandise. Return all merchandise unused or unopened if possible. If you receive the wrong item or suspect that your item is defective, please return it immediately - do not use half of a product and then attempt to return it. If you receive an item that you are unhappy with, this should be clear on sight or after first or second use.
If you receive the wrong/defective item and can prove that by sending us a photograph of the item including the packaging materials and receipt in the photo, we may allow the return at our expense; and send you a return label or return envelope.
Returning or Exchanging Items
You can return or exchange purchases from Rapunzel LLC, but we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking.
You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
Since quantities may be limited, you may receive a refund, instead of a replacement item.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee; e.g. returned item is an item we do not carry, tampered with, or an item from another seller or company, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense or discarded. Rapunzel LLC staff will determine if an exchange or refund is warranted, depending on the condition of the item when it is received back in the office. Staff will also determine if we pay any return shipping charges. Please note: We typically do not pay return shipping charges in excess of 4.00 without prior approval.
