Rapunzel LLC would like you to be 100% delighted with your purchase!
To return or exchange an item:
• Include a copy of your receipt, and write your order number on the outside of the package for faster processing.
• Ship your package in your return envelope or with a carrier that can provide tracking to:

At Rapunzel LLC we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from any of our Rapunzel Skincare websites, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are already working with one of our partner sites to process your return we will let them handle it, We will only intervene in that process, if you do not receive your refund. We may inquire about your item’s return status before starting an additional return process through Rapunzel LLC.

Rapunzel LLC’s guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by improper use of opened merchandise.

Return all merchandise unused or unopened if possible.
If you receive the wrong/defective item please send us a photograph of the item including the packaging materials and receipt in the photo, we may allow the return at our expense; and send you a return label or return envelope, or jiust refund the item and allow you to keep it.

Returning or Exchanging Items
You can return or exchange purchases from Rapunzel LLC, but we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking.
You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
Since quantities may be limited, you may receive a refund, instead of a replacement item.
